Information for Referring Doctors

Referring Patients

The Unit welcomes the referral of both insured and uninsured patients. Our practice is to provide a complete fertility assessment for both male and female partners.

Please provide a referral for each partner including:

Relevant social and medical history

Photocopies of all investigations

Include your preferred consultant

Referrals to Flinders Reproductive Medicine

Unit contact times are 7.30 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday.
